Everything is made to order. We let doughs rest overnight, we candy our own fruit, and we bake the morning you collect. It means we make fewer things — and it means we can tell you exactly what is in each one.

There is no online payment. You place a request, we confirm it by hand, and we settle up when you collect.
Choose and submit
Add what you would like to your basket, pick a pickup date and time, and send it over. No account needed.
We confirm
We check the date against what is already in the oven and confirm by email, usually within a few hours.
Collect and pay
Track your order and message us any time. Pay when you collect.
