Candied Fruit Bran Muffin

It’s that time of the year, when we bake and bake and then bake some more 😉

We have prepared these delicious and easy to make muffins and we’d love it if you’d give them a try.

All you need is one bowl, wooden spoon or spatula, oven and the ingredients below.

One bowl Candied fruit and bran muffin
* White Flour 70 gr
* Wheat Bran 53 gr
* Whole wheat flour 230 gr
* Milk Powder 24 gr
* Baking Soda 10 gr
* Baking Powder 3 gr
* Brown Sugar 210 gr
* Candied Fruit 100 gr (you can double this amount)
* Salt 3 gr
* Vegetable Oil 150 gr
* Eggs 75 gr (whisk the eggs in a bowl and use 75grams of it)
* Water 316 gr
* Vanilla 1.5 gr

Add all the dry ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.
Add Eggs, Vanilla, Water and Oil. Mix with a wooden spoon or an spatula.
Pour the muffin mixture in muffin liners and bake them in 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes, or until you see cracks on the top and the muffins are golden brown.
