We are not an allergy free establishment. All of our products might have been in contact or may contain nuts, dairy, eggs, …. . Should you require information about an specific item, contact us.

Yes, We do require at least 50% deposit to be able to process your order. The remainder is due on the day of Pick up.

You may cancel your order without any penalty by 72 hours before the delivery date. Visit our Cancellation Policy page for the penalties that are applied should you cancel after this time.

We do our best to be consistent with our designs and products. Some products might slightly differ from our photos and should we not have access to some ingredients, the reserve the right to change the items. If you have ordered an item and changes should apply, we will contact you and will discuss it with you.

Yes we do! We have limited delivery in Durham Region. Head out to our Delivery Policy page to see if your address is in our free delivery range.

You may schedule a pick up date and time that suits you. You are responsible to pick up your order on time or within an hour after your scheduled time.

Hot knife is the best option for cutting cakes and cheesecakes. Dip your knife in a glass of hot water, cut a piece, clean the knife and repeat for beautiful slices.

Everything on the cake is edible except for some decorations, which we will notify you about. Should your cake have standing decorations, there will be sticks holding them. We use edible paint and markers to write on the cakes.

Yes, we use an egg based buttercream and eggless buttercream. But don’t worry, there will not be raw eggs in the butter cream, they are pasteurized cooked eggs.
