You may cancel your custom order by 72 hours and all other orders by 48 hours before your pickup/delivery date in order to receive a full refund. Any cancellations after these times will result in a penalty of your full balance.

*All multi tiered and wedding cakes need to be cancelled by 7 days before the pickup date in order to receive a reimbursement.
